BASICS
Exploring the 4 part body. (upper limb, core, middle limb, lower limb) Warm up with 3D posing and 3D waves, both continuous and discrete. Explore spherical dimensions and 3D+linear time (4D) kinetic engagement. Achieve rudimentary mastery in connecting and disconnecting breath and movement.
Learn 4 spiral positions of core and 3 limbs (see video attached soon. . . I do this in my free time)
Explore every potential combination, organizing the spectrum into as many patterns as you can.
Explore movement as transition from one state to another. Explore every transition you can come up with, organizing the transitions into as many patterns as you can.
Integrate in No-Form
No-Form is communion with the void. No-form cannot be described. No-form can be defined as that space where we are ready to move or not in any way in response to anything or nothing emanating from within and/or without. For more information: http://www.paratheatrical.com/noform.html

INTERMEDIATE (4 parts with 4 sub-parts)
Learn roots through stems of core and 3 limbs (core parcels inwards, extremities parcel outwards)
Core – spine, ribs, inner unit, organs (inner unit: diaphragm, pelvic floor, QL, abdominals
Upper limb – neck, head, jaw/tongue, eyes/nose/ears
Middle limb – scapula/clavicle, shoulder, elbow/wrist, hand-finger
Lower limb – pelvis, hip, knee/ankle, foot/toe
Explore every combination of every body part statically and dynamically in every orientation to gravity, organizing and reorganizing into as many patterns as you can.
