The branch of massage therapy I specialize in is known as Neurosomatic Therapy (NST). NST is what I use to address specific issues in the body. NST is a flexible tool that can be helpful in uncovering and addressing the roots of many acute and chronic health issues.

In an NST session, I use a thorough postural analysis and discussion of medical history to understand the issues deeply and address them with massage as well as passive/active stretching. Intraoral work was covered thoroughly in my NST training, and I am intraoral certified by the state of Washington. For more information about NST, click HERE or HERE.
